Diseases affecting the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and uterus are diverse and can cause symptoms such as pain, irregular cycles, or infertility. Common issues include ovarian cysts, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, as well as inflammation or adhesions of the fallopian tubes. Ovarian and cervical cancer are particularly insidious, as they are often detected late. An MRI scan offers the advantage of being non-invasive while detecting even the smallest changes at an early stage.
