Contact us at [email protected] for inquiries. 1.2 We facilitate medical treatments through our platform ("Platform" or "Website") and mobile app ("aeon App"), but do not provide medical services ourselves. 1.3 Medical treatments occur directly between you and the healthcare professionals. We have no control over the treatments or the quality of care, though we ensure partners align with our values.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By using our services, you agree to the aeon Terms and Conditions. 2.2 Use of the aeon App signifies your acceptance of its specific terms.

3. Personal Requirements

3.1 Services are for individuals 18 years and older. Underage or incapacitated persons need written consent from a legal guardian. 3.2 You confirm you meet these requirements by accepting these terms.

4. Information on the Platform

4.1 Information on our platform is for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. 4.2 All content is provided "as is" without any warranties.

5. Appointment Booking/Online Mediation Service

5.1 Book your initial consultation online, which is free and non-binding. 5.2 A contract for mediation services is established upon booking confirmation. We may choose the healthcare professional on your behalf. 5.3 We organize the appointment and you receive confirmation via email or SMS. 5.4 The healthcare professional may reschedule or cancel appointments, and you will be notified accordingly. 5.5 You can cancel or modify your appointment by contacting [email protected]. Failure to show up without proper cancellation may incur penalties. 5.6 We are not liable for appointment cancellations or non-receipt of emails/SMS. 5.7 You agree to pay all costs for the mediation and subsequent treatment.

6. Fees and Costs

6.1 We may charge fees for our platform and app services. 6.2 Costs payable by you include service fees, treatment costs, platform usage fees, and applicable taxes. 6.3 Payment terms include a 10% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days after treatment. 6.4 Installment payments via MF Group AG are available under certain conditions.

7. Your Obligations

7.1 You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information.
  • Notify us of any changes to your details.
  • Follow our instructions.
  • Ensure payment capacity.
  • Only share information you have the right to disclose. 7.2 We may deny services if obligations are breached, with costs borne by you.

9. Data Protection

aeon App Terms of Use

1. Subject Matter

1.1 These terms govern the rights and obligations between MRI Health Holding AG ("we", "us", "aeon") and you regarding the use of the aeon App. 1.2 These terms are an integral part of the aeon Terms and prevail in case of conflicts related to app use.

2. Usage Rights

2.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the aeon App during your treatment. 2.2 Any third-party software is subject to its own licensing terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The aeon App and related properties are our intellectual property. 3.2 User-submitted content remains the user's property, but we may use it as necessary for app functionality.

4. Usage Guidelines

4.1 You agree not to:

  • Violate our intellectual property rights.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the app.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices.
  • Use the app for illegal purposes or spread malware.
  • Scrape app content. 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 We aim to ensure the app's availability and functionality but cannot guarantee it. 5.2 We are not liable for any damages arising from app use.
